Claynorth Studio respects the privacy of visitors and customers. This notice describes how we handle personal information under Kuwait’s Data Privacy Protection Law and other applicable Kuwaiti requirements.

Information we collect

When you send our contact form, email us, enquire about a workshop or visit the studio, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, message and any booking information you choose to provide. We only collect information needed to answer your enquiry, arrange a class, provide a purchase or keep a reasonable record of our communication.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to you, administer workshop places, prepare orders, provide customer support and protect the security of our website. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to people who need it for the studio’s ordinary operations.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations or genuine record keeping.
